Both recorded 1:51:3 at laguna seca. Yes, the FiST recorded 1:51.25 but I think in 2012 they only recorded to the tenth of a second and they are effectively identical. It makes me a bit sad that the FiST doesn't have the full commentary, but on the other hand the FiST was one of the only cars this year that he actually talked during.I wish the whole BRZ lap had instrumentation, it would be fun to see where the turbo torque of the FiST and RWD balance of the BRZ held advantages over the other.

Motor trend just needs to admit they need two categories for "Best Driver's Car" - The best car that holds an MSRP at or below average price of a new car, and best driver's car, price is no limit.

Yeah if they split it into price categories the FiST would FiST the competition.
